Nick has had varied roles in the Retail Industry working for major Landlords , initially in centre mgt and progressing into a Project Retail Leasing Mgr and State Mgr roles nationally with Centro Properties, QIC , The Gandel Group , Colonial First State , Waterfront City and Colliers Jardine. Major Retail Leasing Projects include :- Southgate Arts and Leisure Centre Vic., The Glen Shopping Centre Vic., Bayside Shopping Centre Frankston Vic., Bendigo Market Place Vic., Rosebud Shopping Centre Vic., Docklands Stage One Development Vic.. The past 12 years Nick has changed from the Corporate side to a consulting capacity with National and State retailers. In his recent capacity as a Retail Leasing Consultant he has worked for Medibank Private, Telstra, Sigma, Peter Jackson Menswear, Tattslotto licensees, Bendon, Spud Bar, Boost Juice Ferguson Plarre, Subway, Bon Bons Bakery, Kathmandu, to name a few and spent time in Mainland China securing and introducing new business into Australia
